Jolene Schmucker, APRN
Family Nurse Practitioner
Jolene received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Western Kentucky University in 2014. She started her nursing career at Med Center Health in a critical care unit for adults where she worked for almost two years. Jolene has spent the last four years working in an emergency department where she became inspired to return back to school to become a nurse practitioner in order to advocate and help her patients and their families better. Jolene graduated in 2020 from Walden University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Marlene Schmucker, RN, BSN
Marlene has been working at WeCare Clinic since the fall of 2018. Prior to WeCare Clinic, she worked for 11 years on the pediatric unit of a community hospital in Virginia. Marlene received a Associate of Science in Nursing from Blue Ridge Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University.
Gregory D. Mock, MD
Dr. Mock was raised in Pennsylvania where he also completed his education at the University of Pittsburg at Johnstown, Thomas Jefferson University, and Temple University. He has experience in providing care for patients in a variety of medical settings and in multiple states. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
Matthew L. Hunt, Ed.D.
Dr. Hunt’s background includes serving in leadership roles within public and rural health organizations. His education includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Master of Arts in Administrative Dynamics, Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration, Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies, Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business, and an Associate of Arts in Business Management.
Renee Spivey, RN
Clinic Operations Manager
Renee received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University in May 2008. She started her career in nursing working with oncology patients and palliative care patients. Renee has spent last 11 years working at The Medical Center-Franklin where she held many jobs from a Med-Surg nurse, Emergency Room nurse, Occupational Health nurse, Employee health nurse, Community outreach, and health and wellness nurse.
Tammy received her Certified Nurse Aide in November 2013 and Associate of Art from Hopkinsville Community College in May of 2017. Tammy started her medical career in 1986 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, where she held many jobs from Unit Secretary, Radiology Scheduler, Education Coordinator and Human Resource Recruiter.
Erin E. Teague MS, RD/N, LD
Erin Teague is a clinical dietitian with more than 10 years of experience working with patients with complex medical backgrounds. She obtained her Master of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Erin’s passion is helping patients and their families improve their health through nutrition. In addition to working in the clinic setting, Erin has traveled the country teaching other dietitians how to perform a Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and diagnose malnutrition in their patients.
Lesley Moshier, RN
Lesley is a Hopkinsville native where she completed her Associate of Applied Science in nursing in 2016. Her background includes psychiatric, hospice, and long-term care nursing. In her free time Lesley enjoys watching documentaries, spending time with her family, and traveling.
